Portfolio — Keshub Karmakar

Keshub Karmakar is an independent audio-visual specialist based in Auckland, New Zealand. His portfolio includes music and campaign videos, and short and feature length films across myriad roles.

For Last Words, a drama short film, he worked as director of photography, camera operator, camera assistant, lighting assistant and colour grader. He has worked on a series of music videos for ADV as a lighting assistant and as a sound recordist for PleasureDora and Birthday, short films funded by TVNZ. He was also a sound recordist for the 2023 campaign re-election video for Chloe Swarbrick.

He graduated from UNITEC with a Bachelors of Performing and Screen Arts in Camera and Sound. He is available for freelance work as a sound recordist, camera operator, camera assistant, gaffer, colour grader and lighting assistant across New Zealand and overseas.
